Some weird folks will stoop to any level to make life for 911 call centers miserable. It seems that Joshua Basso ran out of mobile minutes with his carrier and decided that at that moment he wanted to start an steamy affair with a random 911 operator. The St. Petersburg Times picks it up from here.
